Comfortabele bedden, zwembad, zeer vriendelijk personeel, goed eten en de prijs kwaliteitverhouding is uitstekend. Als je echt tot rust wilt komen zonder een drukke omgeving en kalme sfeer dan is dit echt aanrader.

Locatie is super mooi en rustig, waardoor je in de omgeving minder te doen hebt. Meeste uitjes zitten op 45min+ rijden, wel is er een tourguide die je kan regelen bij de balie. Deze is voor de meeste mensen wat zwaar in de zomer. Dus start deze guide niet zomaar.

I liked the property as a whole, I also liked the room and the traditional food. The swimming pool was great.

I didn't like some of the waiters as they were rigid and the international cuisine because its quality didn't match the beauty of the lodge.

I had a wonderful stay at Ksar Shama. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Fouzia, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warmth and professionalism truly made a difference. Great compound with an excellent pool and good food. Lots of activities like padel and jeu de boules. We got a free upgrade to a unit with our own terrace since it was quiet. Great to land Here for rest And relaxation after arriving in Marrakech ! We loved it so much we came back after two weeks for lunch on our way to Marrakech but we were too late, so had tea instead!

If we have to think of something .. we found the price for tea the highest in all of morocco !
