J’ai passé une nuit au Ksar Shama et tout était absolument parfait. L’environnement est magnifique, calme et apaisant, avec une vue splendide sur les montagnes. La chambre était propre, spacieuse et très confortable. Le personnel est chaleureux, attentionné et toujours disponible. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la piscine à débordement, idéale pour se détendre face à la nature. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux, avec des produits frais et locaux. Une adresse que je recommande les yeux fermés, et où je reviendrai avec plaisir !

Schöner Poolbereich. Zimmergröße gut. Leckeres Essen.

Leider sehr langsamer und unzuverlässiger Service. Wir warteten fast einen Tag auf Toilettenpapier und holten uns diese dann selbst. Handtücher waren erst keine im Zimmer. Babybett war zugesagt und dann gab es doch keines. Lange Wartezeiten fürs Essen.

The property is located in a beautiful location but you have to go through bunch of winding roads. It’s so quiet and it gives you the feeling of peace and serenity

WiFi is weak. The owner needs to update his wifi package to get a better and faster one
