Everything we needed was there for us and the staff were really friendly. Location was perfect also.

Room was spotlessly clean. Quick and easy check in, very friendly staff and plenty of onside parking. Great locations.

Room was a little dated, although the rooms are slowly being upgraded. Mattress was very soft.

Very disappointing stay. Our room was dirty and very outdated. We were travelling with two young children, and it is shocking that the hotel is still renting out rooms in that condition, especially considering how much we paid. These old, dirty rooms should not be available to guests at all. On the last night of our stay, we complained and were told we could move to a renovated room, but only after paying an extra £45. The refurbished room was spotless, modern, and exactly what we had expected from the beginning. This only made our disappointment even greater. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the swimming pool for our children. However, after seeing how dirty our room was, we didn't even dare use the pool. If the rooms are cleaned to such a poor standard, it makes you wonder how well the pool is maintained. There was also no internet access in our room. Neither the hotel's Wi-Fi nor our own mobile data worked. A member of staff actually told me to go to the public area if I wanted to use my own mobile internet. The hotel's Wi-Fi only worked near the reception, which is unacceptable. The breakfast was also disappointing, and the staff were not particularly helpful or welcoming. Overall, this was a very poor experience and definitely not worth the money. I would not stay here again, and I cannot recommend this hotel unless all rooms are renovated and proper standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained.

The location of the hotel is ideal as close to local amenities. Good breakfast in the morning. Have overflow carpark which costs £10:00 per 24hrs

The room was disgusting very cramped twin room, window don't close furniture looked like it needed to be replaced. Dirty marks all up the walls of the room. Can't move around in the room. Just one socket in the room you either watch TV, make yourself a hot drink or charge your phone. Take an extention lead. The Bathroom facilities was disgusting, and toilet seat did not fit. The carpet in the room was disgusting with marks looks like the had a flood or something in the room. We was staying on the same floor as the swimming pool so be prepared to smell like chlorine, your eyes will feel it for the first hour or so. I asked to change my room i was told there was none, I asked for an upgrade as I didn't mind paying the diffrence as wanted some comfort. Was told there was nothing available. But when walking past the reception an hour later they didn't have a problem upgrading another couple there. I stayed here a 2 years back, it was lovely and the room was beautiful, not sure what has gone wrong in the couple of years. Would I plan to stay at this hotel again, I don't think I will.
