"Great place to start a trip in South Africa"

Our trip started in Parker Cottage, a perfect place to start a first trip ever for us to South Africa. Very nice, clean, traditional and stylish accomodation, breathing hospitality, with great staff taking great care of their guests. Equally great start of the day with the a la carte breakfast choice and friendly tips and tricks for acclimatising in Kaapstad. Convenient accessible location in a clean and safe area, easy for self-driving in Kaapstad and the wider Westkaap area. A place to remember for a next visit.

"The most wonderful experience (again)"

This was our fifth stay at Parker Cottage and as always, it didn't disappoint. We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Capetown. We are almost loath to review as it is our "little secret!"

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr günstige und ruhige Lage. Frühstück war sehrgut auch wenn der Toast immer verbrannt war

Das Delux Zimmer Nr 1 lag direkt am Eingang und war daher etwas laut.

"Too Expensive - Where is the feeling of Ubuntu"

It is much too expensive. I was looking to book, but I think the prices are far too high. Pity that everybody in Cape Town is only interested in foreigners.

"A lovely time in a most beautiful and historic house. Staff so helpful."

The breakfasts were really excellent. We needed no more to eat until the evening. Plenty of choice to suit everyone and all freshly cooked. Eating out in the lovely garden was a very good experience. The staff were helpful in organising taxis for us so we could travel about Cape Town.

A little more room in the shower/toilet. Quite small but adequate
