Snídaně byla střídmá praktická velmi uspokojivá.

Moc milá slečna v recepci a luxusní snídaně a super wellness.

Very friendly and polite personnel, I would say even overqualified, because the hotel itself does not match the quality of personnel. Welcome drink on arrival was a positive highlight.

We picked this hotel mostly because of the wellness offer, only to discover on arrival that wellness is closed. Unfortunately, there was no info about this fact upon arrival. We had a roof room, which has a very limited space due to the roof walls, parking is rather small and usually full, WC in the bathrom was not fixed and was moving.... We opened the window to get some fresh air and discovered it was very dirty. Apart of the window, room is clean. There was no hot water in the morning for the checkout day, and in general, water pressure was very low the days before. For breakfast the coffee machine was also broken, but only the first day ;) In general, unlucky combination of events for this particular stay, I would not be coming back here.
