Příjemný personál.

Poměr kvalita a cena. Dlouho jsme nemohli usnout, protože nám lidi dupali nad hlavou, na chodbě podlaha vrzala a kvůli zdem a dveřím z papíru to znělo, jak kdyby vám někdo chodil okolo hlavy. Koupelna byla dříve asi vytopená, protože zárubně dveří byly u země nahnilé a zela tam díra. Čelo postele obouchané, asi něco zažilo. Na snídani nejprve nebylo kam si sednout, to se nám omluvili, že je v Liberci akce, a proto tahle nepříjemnost ( snad by měli mít kapacity pro celý hotel a ne jen pár stolů s tím, že budou doufat, že to nějak dopadne ) výběr spíše podprůměrný a k tomu nestíhali dodělávat to málo, co nabízeli k snídani. Obsluha klobouk dolů, vše řešila a vysvětlila s úsměvem, to nás bohužel nepřesvědčilo abychom hotel navštívili znova. Škoda.

Wellness je moc pěkné. Je to příjemný zážitek, který za to stojí. Příjemný personál, bohatý výběr chutných jídel k snídani. Check-in už ve 14:00.

Místy opotřebováný nábytek pokojů.
