Friendly staff, a nice selection of foods in the breakfast buffet. I didn't use the spa facilities, but they looked good.

It was a little far out of town, but the tram stop is only 10 minutes walk away. The rooms were a little small, but fortunately for us it was just a place to sleep.

Velmi přátelský personál, klidná lokalita, dobrá snídaně

Vybavení pokoje bylo tristní a pro mě, jako první zkušenost s Pytlounem šlo o velké zklamání. Místo alespoň nějaké poličky jakysi retro drátěný program se šuplíky a věšákem, za který by se styděli i v podprůměrné kanceláři před dvaceti lety. Na pokoji fakt nepříjemný zápach, mix zatuchliny a smrdutého odpadu z koupelny. Požitek z velmi pohodlné matrace okamžitě srazí extrémní vrzání při sebemenším pohybu na posteli, úplně si nedokážu představit spát tam ve dvou. Za tisíc na noc je kutloch č.25 jedním slovem ostuda, příště asi raději zase na Jezírko... doporučuji hodit pokoj do vůně, dát tam aspoň kus koberce a dva obrázky a vyměnit rošt, ať si tam jde pan manager zkusmo na postel sednout a zaposlouchat se, co prodává... bohužel v tomto ohledu je pro mě koncept Pytloun, byť je mi velmi sympatický, jedním velkým zklamáním... je mi líto...

Ten výhled na Ještěd byl krásný.

V druhém pokoji dětem nešla tv chtěli koukat na pohádky tak jsem televizi přenesl a přepojil.
