Please note that visitors are not permitted to access guest rooms. and are allowed only in designated public areas. The following items are strictly prohibited inside the rooms: shisha, bukhoor, candles, speakers, alcohol, and any external room setup. Room furniture must remain in its original position and may not be moved or removed from the units.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
