The hotel management team improved the service according to my previous comments .. the stuff are polite and friendly and professional and of course the price is perfect

The location as the hotel has no room view

The staff was amazing really trained well especially the life guard at the pool very nice and always making sure the kids are safe and have their parents with them

The location/view isn't the best it's in a blue collar area. The hotel is on the old side but very clean.Finding parking is really bad, but you always get help from the hotel employees. The underground parking is super narrow especially if you have a big car. Also one of the front desk employees was very rude when I asked for an extra blanket even my kids said she was frowning at them. But I totally ignored her and talked to the other employee. There was a family letting their young kids run all around the hotel screaming going up and down the elevators and even playing with the gym equipment, not listening to the employees at all.

Spacious rooms and helpful staff. Mosque, restaurants and supermarkets around.

Parking (But security staff always there to arrange the parking)
