Great staff, nice rooms, and amazing location

The location. It is right in Old Town and by the beach.

The property needs some updates. My room had a water infiltration on the ceiling by the air conditioner. My toilet broke and they couldn’t fix - we needed to go to the bathroom in the lobby. Very annoying. I asked to change rooms but the manager told me that they were completely booked. The staff was nice and accommodating but they all multitask since they have 2 restaurants in the property so the receptionist is all over the place. The rooftop restaurant which has a beautiful view but horrible service. One waiter, who gives priority to the locals and ignore the tourists😢

Location is great, it’s in the heart of the old city. The biggest challenge is getting to it. The taxi will drop you off about a half a mile away so if you have heavy luggage and or difficulty walking, this is not the place for you.

I had a wonderful stay at the Astoria Hotel in the heart of Budva’s Old Town. The location is absolutely perfect – right in the middle of the historic castle area and just steps away from the beach. It doesn’t get better than waking up with the sea right outside your door and the charm of the Old Town surrounding you.

One night to visit Budva. Room was small but overall pleasant

Staff were pleasant and friendly - stand out was Isidora on Reception. She went above and beyond. The beach loungers and umbrellas were excellent and a tasty enjoyable breakfast. Great location.

I did not like the bedding style. There was only a sheet over the mattress, no mattress protector or bed pad.

The location was right in the center of Old Town and easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is beautifully appointed and the staff was excellent. Special shout out to Angela who gave us great recommendations for restaurants and helped us secure a rental car.

The only challenge was the jazz club next door to the hotel played until 1:00
