Resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşlar çok cana yakın ve yardım severdi. Otel ile alakalı Türkçe bir sayfa bile hazırladılar bizim için. Otelin konumu, temizlik ve düzeni çok iyiydi. Resepsiyona çok teşekkür ederim.

Resepsiyon dışındaki çalışanlar pek yardım sever değildi. Akşam yemeği için otelin restoranına gittik. Biz otelin musterisiyiz, Astoria otelde kalıyoruz dememize ve anlamalarına rağmen.. hesapta yapmaları gereken %10 indirimi yapmadılar. 7.5 Euro için acayip cirkinlestiler ve yalan söylediler. Yol üstünde gel abi gel yapan çalışanlara hiç bakmayın. Gidin oturun ve otelin müşterisi olduğunuzu siparişi alan çalışana söyleyin.

Do not go to this hotel. This hotel is a scam. Dark room (in the middle of summer) with broken windows or windows that did not open. Pale lighting. Several broken lamps. Dangerous electrical wires. Interior air conditioning so noisy that it was not possible to leave it on at night. Unfriendly staff. Mediocre breakfast.

Room is excellent but I have just visited the bar and been pushed out of the way by a member of the waiting staff as I walked to the bar and then ignored for 10 minutes when sat at a table. No lift, no help to get a heavy suitcase up 2 floors. Disappointing!

El hotel bien, muy bien ubicado y cómodo, aunque sin ascensor. Si consumen en el bar de playa y son huéspedes tienen descuento. Avisen antes que son huéspedes. CUIDADO si elegimos cenar en el roof top, aunque avisamos que éramos huéspedes y nos tomaron el número de habitación, No hicieron el descuento, Nos retiraron las facturas luego de pagarlas y debimos reclamarlas. Así que si eligen cenar en el roof top estén atentos para que les descuenten lo que corresponde. Porque si reclamas después, te dicen que lo sienten y que fue un error. La verdad no era por el dinero, fue la acción, empañó la estancia . Lo demás bien.

Comfortable hotel has everything you need and is in good location!

The location is perfect. It's just right by the main gate of Old Town Budva with a lot of shops and restaurants around so it's very convenient. Staff are accommodating and it's very kind of them to lend us an adapter for our charger. The room looks very nice and new, plus the ocean view is stunning. The food is really good, they have nice breakfast options and the restaurant location is just outside of the main old town gate so the view is very lovely. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Prima hotel, stil, goede airco, aan het strand en andere kant in centrum. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Onbijt prima!
