Schönes Hotel, super liebes U bemühtes Personal! Tolle Anlage! Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder

Our arrival at the hotel was in the middle of a storm. However, as the rain surprised us on the street and we could not move anywhere with our belongings due to the heavy rain, we were forced to contact the reception. The very kind Mrs Mary arranged for us a driver who came to pick us up and take us to the hotel. Many thanks to her for that! The hotel is right across the street from the huge beach. It is easy and simple to get to the beach. However, the beach is public and you have to pay for the sunbeds. Everything is quite clean and tidy. The staff tries to keep everything at a high level. The food was delicious and varied. They also took care of my gluten-free diet.

Our stay 5 days before this hotel was also in a 5-star hotel nearby, and we must say that this hotel is still more at the 4-star level. One rather small detail is not understandable for a 5-star hotel. There is a safe in the room, for which you have to pay 5e per day. During dinner you have to buy a bottle of water at 4e per liter. These are small things, but which little by little spoil the impression that you are in a prestigious hotel where you have already paid a rather high price for your stay.

Původní pokoj neodpovídal naší rezervaci, ale hned druhý den nám pokoj vyměnili a vše bylo v pořádku. Pokoj velký, na pláž to bylo pár desítek metrů přes místní silnici. Na pláži spousta volný slunečníků a lehátek (za poplatek). Výborně jídlo (měli jsme polopenzi). Kousek od pláže bar, kde byla možnost jak jídla, tak i zakoupení něčeho k obědu. V areálu minimarket s chlazenými nápoji :-)

Okolí hotelu kromě pláže neskýtá nic zajímavého, ale nám to nevadilo.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν απίστευτο! Το προσωπικό από τις κύριες στη ρεσεψιόν ως τους εργαζόμενους στο εστιατόριο, όλοι ευγενέστατοι και με το χαμόγελο πάντα να μας εξυπηρετήσουν!! Το φαγητό ήταν πολύ νόστιμο και οι επιλογές πολλές και στον πρωινό και στον βραδινό μπουφέ! Ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά! Το ξενοδοχείο κόσμημα! Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι φροντισμένοι και περιποιημένοι! Όλα καθαρά και μέσα και έξω!

La struttura ha un verde molto curato e si trova in una posizione strategica, di fronte una delle spiagge meno “affollate” di Rodi, con possibilità di rimanere per l’intera giornata in uno dei lidi presenti ad un costo ormai fuori mercato: 15 euro a coppia (certo nella presentazione era garantita spiaggia privata per gli ospiti del Resort, in realtà si paga 😉) Il personale è stato cortese ed ha mostrato attenzione e cura, peccato nella gestione delle obiezioni a problemi reali e certificati, né scrivo dopo su cosa non mi è piaciuto, non ci sia stata la giusta attenzione. In definitiva una buona esperienza, ma avrebbero potuto “coccolarci” e lasciarci davvero felici di queste esperienze con un minimo sforzo. Bisogna crescere, altrimenti le cinque stelle, che non ci sono, specchietto per le allodole (ovvero per me in questo caso 😌

La gestione delle problematiche e la poca cura nel rispondere a richieste legittime nate da un cambio di stanza con un finto upgrade (così ci è stato comunicato, peccato poi scoprire che dopo aver pagato una Suite ci veniva consegnata una Junior Suite), poi giustificato con questa semplice risposta: ma è una camera nuova. E poi dopo aver richiesto un’auto di classe B, si presentano con auto di classe A, pagata allo stesso prezzo: giustificazione: ma si tratta di un’auto nuova… Dopo aver pagato quasi 3000 euro per dieci giorni su una struttura che si presenta come un cinque stelle, mi aspettavo di più. E non basta offrire una bottiglia di vino da dieci euro fatta passare come se fosse una bottiglia di Cristal 😏 Meglio nulla a quel punto, non mi interessa avere sconti o regali, ma non mi piace essere preso in giro.

Das Essen war gut und ausreichend. Die Anlage sehr gepflegt. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Der Start war schwierig, weil ich das falsche Zimmer bekam. Ich buchte mit Pool,bekam eines ohne. Die Rezeption und eine Frau am Telefon des Hotels wollten mich abwimmeln. Das war sehr enttäuschend. Erst durch meine Hartnäckigkeit wurde eingelenkt.
