La propreté et l’accueil à l’arrivée et le personnel du SPA

Un 5* ? Une blague! Les photos vendent quelque chose d’inexistant une fois sur place. L’hôtel est petit et ne dispose pas de la piscine sur la photo d’ailleurs c’est mal entretenu. Le buffet ressemble à celui d’une cantine. Très peu de chose et surtout identique de jour en jour. Les tables étaient jamais prêtes, le personnel prenait son temps. Le lit pas du tout confortable. L’emplacement de l’hôtel au milieu de rien. Heureusement qu’on avait la voiture pour se déplacer. La plage est public et n’est donc pas entretenue. Je ne comprends pas comment booking peut promouvoir un hôtel comme celui-ci avec ce soit disant standing à ce prix là. J’en ai fais des hôtels mais sur ce coup je suis écœurée du prix que j’ai payé pour ces vacances .

"Bien dans l’ensemble malgré plusieurs déceptions, mais je ne renouvellerai pas un séjour dans cet hôtel si je devais rev"

Les chambres familiales, spacieuses et confortables

Cet établissement n’a rien d’un cinq étoiles. L’hôtel est loin de tout, les transats sur la plage sont payants tout comme le tennis et les vélos. Il faut impérativement avoir sa voiture sinon vous ne pouvez rien faire sans moyen de transport. La piscine n’est ouverte que de 10 heures à 18h, même en plein été.

Breakfast was fabulous. Plenty to choose from. Pool area and bar facilities. Close to the beach . Cleaning ladies were fabulous. Pepper who looked after the bar was efficient and very friendly. Reception staff were patient and efficient in their job. All in all lovely staff all round

Uncomfortable patio chairs in suite. Evening meals were not as enjoyable due to being tasteless. Puddings looked fabulous but didn’t taste as good a they looked.
