"Great and quiet location in Medina"

The staff was super nice and pleasant. Very open to help out and accommodate our needs. They cleaned every day and provided nice breakfast. The terrace was so nice, and one evening when we wanted to spend time there they made us tea and arranged everything for us. Super sweet!

It was a bit hard to find the Riyad, so some directions or signs to the Riyad would have been appreciated. One thing we did not like is that the room felt very humid and the warmer sheets were full of dust so one of us got an allergic reaction.

very very nice hosts. always smiling and chatting with us and even gave us breakfast on the go when we had to leave super early for the airport. the place is nice and comfortable

some parts of the room were dirty and the shower has no curtain or anything of a sort so water went everywhere

The property was relatively small but very cosy. The room had everything we needed. The location is also great! But what stood out to us were how lovely the staff were. Very accomodating, and helped us with everything! It was my boyfriend’s birthday and they helped me arrange a surprise cake. We explicitely want to mention Zakaria, who was just incredibly lovely!

bon emplacement

Chambre très petite, sans lumière naturelle. Aucune intimité. L'intérieur de la chambre est visible depuis l'entrée de l'hôtel. L'intérieur de la salle de bain est visible depuis la chambre. Responsable injoignable.

La atención el personal es maravilloso

La ubicación, no se la recomendaría a nadie, por callejones cerrados feos y muy sucios, da miedo caminar por ese sitio
