The staff, the bed was comfy, the shower was good, it was clean the city centre only 10 minutes walk away.

I've had better breakfasts, but it wasn't expensive.

The location was perfect to access the Riverside area. It is located on a quiet side street so there was no noise or disturbance.. There were plenty of hot and cold drinks and some chocolate which was a nice touch. Just be aware that you will either park on the street which they will help you with or in the riverside multi story which is where I left my car. It was £14 for 24 hours.

On check in they could not be bothered to open the door so was told instructions on how to get my room card key through a doorbell camera, not very secure as people passing by would hear the combination to the key lock safe. The temperature of the room was far too hot not enough ventilation and provided with a fan that needs cleaning. Need a proper blind for the window not a stuck on velcro piece of material. Other guests slamming doors as they came back from getting their fix of toxic juice (alcohol) also the lighting in the bathroom was basically like having nothing and when trying to use the mirror light it was very temperamental to get it to switch on. I had a poor couple of nights sleep and will not be returning to this so called hotel.

the room was very hot, 32 degrees and there was no ventilation, one window would not open and the other only opened 10mm. I paid for breakfast but none of the breakfast provided was edable as I don't have milk. there was only cereal, toast and fruit. there was no cooked breakfast unless I paid more and it was vegan anyway. there only seemed to be one member of staff and they were not always present. it is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in

Niente. Non aveva neanche l’ascensore e le scale erano ripide e strette: molto disagevoli da scendere, specie se con bagagli. Faccio presente che Booking lo segnala come 4 stelle, mentre l’hotel sulla porta ne ha tre: anche troppe! Neanche rifacevano la stanza, se non veniva esplicitamente richiesto
