Bed too low, not comfortable, needs new matress, as I am disabled. Steps up to front door, needs ramp

Friendly helpful staff. A very welcome tray of teas, coffees, biscuits and orange juice in our room.

Making your own instant coffee for breakfast. A prepared coffee pot would have been nicer

Room was clean Bathroom was good Adequate towels Hospitality provisions were good.

Clean but very dated. Bed base torn, carpet not the best. Whole reason for staying was for a family party to get ready there was no mirror or dressing table in that room to be able to use. No hairdrier provided. Very basic room. Shower gel and shampoo provided but no conditioner. Breakfast was extra and advised by other people staying there it wasnt in operation. Tried to use bar facilities in evening on first night but all locked up. Tight stairs to first floor so doesnt cater for disabled. On street parking

It's my 3rd time at this hotel and I love it. Would always go back there. I'll recommend to everyone.

Nothing, the staff are rude when I turned up. I was up all night by a guest playing having his TV on full volume. All the contact numbers on Booking.com are incorrect and they just go to voicemail when you call the front desk. There’s no one at the front desk, didn’t get one bit of sleep because of the guest next door. I want my money back.

The staff weren’t polite when I was let into the building to check in also there was no staff in the entire night and no contact number to get in touch with somebody.

Comfortable room, easy parking in the same street, a very quiet place, I could have an excellent sleep even with the window open. I came more than one hour late for checking in: the hotel staff was very helpful, couldn't be better, and with their indications I could get the key and access my room easily.

Not many eating places around. The hotel's phone number was difficult to find on Internet, I really needed to get it to arrange my unexpectedly late arrival.
