The staff at the desk on check in was very helpful

The rooms very small and unable to see out the windows. The hallways smelt like weed. Breakfast was cold

We loved the location of this hotel. Great for having pet friendly. The room was comfortable and updated. The breakfast was fantastic. Front desk staff super friendly. Only complaint would be we could hear every step of the guests upstairs. There was also a smoking area right outside our room and as non smokers this was really not appreciated. Perhaps the smoking area should be further away from guest rooms. Christmas decorations were awesome. Really got us in the Christmas spirit. The Christmas parade went right past the hotel. So fun!! I would recommend staying in this hotel. And we will be back!!

Great location. Couple block radius to get food and entertainment. Friendly and helpful staff. Were able to accomodate me with ground floor room, which was an upgrade also at no extra charge. Good value and clean room. Very good continental breakfast. Little noise from hallway traffic and street.
