Hotel Leopolis

This the best Luxury hotel in Lviv. Yes it’s not cheap but why would you stay anywhere else?

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Car service was a big plus as my father was on a later flight. Great breakfast buffet available every morning and free coffee (espresso machine) available 24/7 in he nifty lobby bar. Only big issue was the $300 extra guest charge on checkout. Because I booked my flight and hotel single, my father was joining me as part of another trip, I wasnt able to add a second guest for the hotel. However, my booking was for two beds - seems like this is a no-brainer. The money wasnt huge but I didnt appreciate the surprise and it left a sour taste in my mouth at the end of a great stay. That said I will return again but will make sure my booking is accurare upfront.

I have visited Lviv many times and stayed at the top hotels. Leopolis has its charm and a great location to attractions; however, I was disappointed by two aspects of my stay: (1) the food quality is poor and uninspired which is in stark contract to the many wonder culinary options in Lviv, and (2) one of our items went missing. I complained to the front desk. They strongly repudiated the possibility of thievery by that staff, but 30 minutes later a bellman sheepishly returned the missing item.

Nice hotel in the middle of the city. Very clean and staff were very attentive.

Central location, sound proofed rooms, kind staff. One thing we were not happy about is the ancient A/C that didn't work and we couldn't open windows as it is very loud outside at night.

Nice hotel with small TV without English channels and bed was not so comfortable.

Terribly designed and outdated rooms. Very cheap furnitue. Very old TVs. Uncomfortable shower. Very old mattress. Not very helpful staff. Very limited room service menu.

Hotel is very expensive, I got very remote room, it was very cold and conditioner on max heat didn't help.

I had high expectations coming to Leopolis because this was my 5th time to Lviv and everyone always told me that this was the best hotel in the City. I honestly was surprised by the level of service. Everyone from the wait staff at the restaurant to the frontdesk to the Spa management were World Class. This hotel could be dropped into New York or Paris and it would still register 5 stars. I would have no hesitation in recommending Leopolis to any business traveler from the West. Breakfast was first rate as well. Congrats on providing a great experience
