The staff was friendly.

The room we had was still dated.

Nice property and it was very clean.

Overall, everything was good, but regarding cleaning, the room was not vacuumed at all during the 13 nights we were there, and they often forgot the breakfast coffee, so I had to get it from the reception.

One of the employees was very bored and grumpy, but the other two were very cheerful.

El desayuno era agradable y suficiente, pero la habitación estaba sumamente caliente, sin ventilación y llena de gente. Había mucho olor a comida. No inspiraba limpieza.

La limpieza era muy mala. Nuestra habitación apestaba a pescado. Las sábanas y toallas TODAS tenían manchas. Lo mismo los cobertores de cama. Tal fue mi impresión, que tuve que ir a comprar Lysol para desinfectar todo antes de podernos acostar a descansar. Las personas que atienden son sumamente amables, y sólo por eso no reclamé nada. Sin embargo, no volveré a este hotel.
