Room Smells of smoke window open with chair in front of it and butt can on ground. Room was well outdated dirty with mold in corners. Toilet ran for second every minute or so.

the location is great and not so much noisy even though it was close to airport we don't hear it at night.

The breakfast was quite plain and bland. French fries for breakfast is not appealing. It appeared the food was provided as little fuss necessary to get by.

There could have been an assortment of fresh fruit set out, options for protein (most provide bacon, sausage), pancakes or waffles, actual homefries/potatoes for breakfast and not french fries. Fresh tomatoes, and other veggies.

Breakfast was good, the room was clean
