Wonderful stay George was a wonderful host thankyou

Kastro Suites was a pleasant place to stay for 2 nights in Thira. The location was gteat and it was at the edge of the town so it had great views. The pool was lovely and the views from it fantastic of both the town and the caldera. We had the junior suite which was huge, clean and well equipped. George was very nice and helpful with booking transfers and recommendations. breakfast was sufficient and basic.

Located on the upper edge of Fira's center, the terraces not only grant you an amazing view over the caldera, but also over Fira itself. George and his team were very friendly and always helpful. They organized the airport-transfer, gave us important information about the island and booked boat- and squad-tours for us! The breakfast was very generous and the whole hotel is maintained very well. Our room was (typically) minimalistic, yet big and had everything we needed. Note that the pools is shared, but most of the time we had it for ourselves (it's bigger than it looks on the picture!)

We really love the view from our room, the water, the volcano, the white house on side of the cliff.

The owner of Kastro Suites was very friendly, location was great and is near to bus station that easy for us to travel around. The breakfast provided was very good and my son enjoyed it.

Located in Fira easily accessible to the square Many cafe spots & restaurants nearby. An authentic Santorini traditional cave house vibes. The complimentary santo wine in my junior suite room was a bonus! Pleasant gesture. Thoughtful indeed :D Surprised by the sight of donkeys on evening and next morning, one of the best highlight! Despite being in low season, impressed by how George & housekeeper well handedly managed the entire apartments and George with his swift replies both on emails/WhatsApp. My first experience staying in Fira amongst all my others in Oia & Imerovigli previous visits since 2011. I would agree how other guests raved so much on the jacuzzi view via patio. An unblocking panoramic view of the volcanic rocks and caldera makes it worth the stay. A weekend getaway is sufficient for me in this space. If only the big pool in the bathroom comes with a stopper that’ll be more ideal for guests to enjoy a good soak indoors at their own comfort and privacy. Nonetheless Santorini is always worth a memory you’ll take home with regardless. Thank you Kastra suites !

We absolutely loved our 5 nights at Kastro Suites. It was a truly beautiful place to stay, in an excellent location. George our main host was amazing! He always went above and beyond... Sharing insight into the island, seeing that our transportation and luggage were handled with ease, a scooter rental was extremely convenient with his help... I had the best pizza of my life in their restaurant above us while enjoying a perfect sunset, and oh-so yummy Greek yogurt with fruit and honey the level above that for breakfast, while watching donkeys and cruise passengers go by. I was worried the cable car would be a noisey or visual nuisance but it wasn't at all. It was entertaining to people watch all the photo-taking revelers from our peaceful retreat and we could always find our way "home" following signs to the cable car. The mattress was firm, my hubby didn't enjoy that, but perhaps they'll add mattress toppers as we suggested ? The room was so nice, I have a tonne of pics, haha. It was all just so gorgeous! Inside and out. We also enjoyed a sunset from their pool overlooking the caldera one late afternoon after walking all around beautiful Fira. 💝
