George is a very nice person. He reply your question by email very fast. Also arrange everything are perfect, such as the room and pick up arrangement. Mario and Mike are very nice and helpful too. I’m recommend this place for everyone.

It was quaint, incredible view and George provided excellent customer service. I wanted to stay there forever. It was a bit steamy in the bathroom. I never noticed a stench in June as some reviews stated.

Great experience; George is a great host and went the extra mile to accommodate my family on our early arrival; the best view of Fira, period.

Views are spectacular from the terrace, staff are attentive and friendly. Rooms are spacious and cool as cut into the rock. Overall a quaint place to stay a short walk into the town.

Stayed in a Junior Suite with Caldera View. The outdoor Jacuzzi was right in front of us thus it added to the mesmerising view of the Caldera and the Sea. Location of hotel is great, located right outside the cable car station on the uphill in Fira. George the property manager was very hospitable by explaining the different highlights of Santorini, transport, food and amenities around the hotel. Mario the staff was very diligent and friendly too. He met us at the main road to help us with our luggages to the hotel (slightly uphill with steps/ramps), down the steps to the hotel reception area and room for check-in. Check out was a breeze too with his help for the luggages. We would have been so dead without him as Santorini is all steps and hot! Overall it's a great place for the location, price factor, ocean view and the outstanding service this hotel provides!

Excellent location, beautiful, convenient, in the heart of Fira. Spectacular view of the caldera and cliffs. Every morning we saw the donkeys walk past our windows. The manager, George, provided excellent personalized service taking care of all details (reservations, recommendations, practical info and even same day laundry!)
