Kastro Suites

Great location with good views, George was very helpful nothing was a problem.

The view from our veranda (and the dunking pool) was absolutely amazing. We did not need to go anywhere else to view the caldera, the cliffs and the sunsets. The breakfast was excellent and our suite was very roomy. There were 3 bathrooms (2 showers). As with many Greek hotels, the showers could use an update. Also, the master bedroom bed was pretty hard and the frame was creaky, but we slept well anyway. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the town, easy walk to everywhere. Service was excellent. And who can complain about the donkeys? They added to the enjoyment and didn't bother us at all.

Location is great but that's about. Check in was a bit of struggle with the bags. The breakfast was pretty much nonexistent. All you get is some cold cuts, fruit, coffee and juice. The beds are hard. The place is not worth for the price you pay a night. Definitely overrated!

Kastro Suites is the perfect spot to stay in Santorini! Great location - you Are right in the centre of Fira and all the shops and bars were in walking distance. I felt safe my entire stay and our room was lovely and spacious. The hotel has an amazing view and is a great spot to watch the sunsets. The pool is quite small but perfect for a quick dip on a hot day. We always managed to find tanning spots and tended to be the only ones down there and that was in prime time JULY! George - the hotel manager - was extremely helpful and made sure our stay was perfect! I would highly recommend Kastro suites!

Our stay with kastro was great. The receptionist (or I believe he's the owner) was very nice. We came to breakfast 10 mins before closing so we just wanted coffee and juice. He insisted that we should eat and it doesn't bother him. Very nice staff as well. The place for 4 was pretty big so it was pretty cold other than that we had an amazing stay with kastro.

Kastro Suites is located in Fira only 5 mins walking distance from the centre and bus station. It is close to everything and also has amazing views into the caldera and cliffside. We stayed in the junior suite room for 3 nights. The room was very comfortable, clean and had all the necessary ameneties. The staff are very friendly and helpful. George explained the major sights and gave us a map and helped us plan our trip in Santorini. He even provided us recommendations of good restaurants around and they were great. Overall the service was impeccable. We couldn't have asked for a more pleasant stay and service. Highly recommend this place while you are in Santorini!!
