The property was in an amazing area with amazing views, there was a pool although it was very cold had some of the most amazing views. Wifi was very slow but not a huge deal as you’re on vacation! George was absolutely amazing and very welcoming

The location is close to everything, the view of the caldera is stunning, the best thing is how the service is provided and George was very helpful in everything he always make us feel like home!

Beautiful rooms, spectacular view, wonderful service, magic place!!

Personnel at the hotel provides world class customer service. The Waiters at the restaurant above, couldn't have been nicer or accommodating to my wife and my 6 month old Jackson. Like majority of hotels in Fira on cliffside: Mold in bathrooms around toilet and showers, rusted pipes providing brown water. Other than updating which ownership needs to do...The facility has a world class view and rooms are very accomodating to families. I easily could have fit 7 people in the suite.

The view is incredible. The staff took wonderful care of us and were friendly and attentive. Some of our favorite times were of having breakfast on our terrace as a family with the view and the breeze. The staff helped arrange transportation wherever we needed and were incredibly sweet to our 4 year old. It is a bit hard to find if you drive yourself, so I recommend getting a taxi from the airport.

Good location, nice, clean rooms. Unfortunately our room kept having no hot water three of the 6 nights we were there and nothing was done to make it right other than trying to fix it each night.

This hotel was amazing and is very centrally located - only a few minutes walk to Sultanahmet. Most things are situated around the Sultanahmet area (markets, blue mosque, hague sofia, palace, etc). The people were very friendly, and the breakfast buffet is great. I was very happy with our stay.

Though the hotel has a nice view, overlooking the Caldera, the stay was not comfortable. The rooms had smell of the horses passing the path outside. Ours was a three room suite, though clean, had a musty unused smell and creaking beds. On the positive side, the hotel was well located, in midst of the Fira hub. The hotel manager George was very helpful. A simple refurbishment would brighten up the hotel.
