Bacchus

We spent two nights at Bacchus. I know it's Hotel.com review has it listed as fabulous, I would not give it a fabulous rating, but it was good! The room was small with a small balcony, and noting special. The bed was very hard. The town is very small with no other restaurants then the one at the hotel. We had a very nice meal there, and breakfast was great!! We were there during the off season so it was very quiet, I think we were the only people in the hotel!! It is away from the crowds that I assume are in Olympia during the high season. Bacchus is about a 5-10 min drive to Olympia. I would recommend it if you are looking to be away from the crowds of Olympia.

The beds were very hard and the owners seemed tired. It was the end of the season—I don’t blame them. I think the restaurant has perhaps seen better days, too.

Wonderful property just outside of Olympia. Great pool and patio area for relaxation in the afternoon. Nice beautiful full service restaurant where we enjoyed a wonderful dinner. Great breakfast the next morning was included in our package. Clean comfortable rooms! If visiting the archeological site of Olympia, do not forget to rent olympiabackintime.com virtual reality goggles for your visit at the front desk. This for us became the best part of all our ancient site experiences! Do note, this property is not within walking distance of town nor ancient Olympia.

A terrific place to stay when exploring Olympia. Beautiful views. Very thoughtful hosts. Good food and drink. A nice plunge pool for cooling off in the late afternoon. A nice terrace for a glass of wine or retsina to watch the sunset.

Very poor breakfast and restaurant quality. I was really disappointed with that. Room is ok but the balcony is not private so anyone can jump or see into your room. Bathroom was quite dark and not very clean

Great locations and a beautiful resort like atmosphere. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nice hotel with beautiful views and excellent restaurant. The gentleman the waited on us at the restaurant both times was wonderful! The quad room was clean, but a bit cramped with an uncomfortable 4th bed (convertible chair). The pool and patio were great after spending the day exploring Olympia in the heat. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel!
