Castle House Luxury Apartments

Appartamento molto carino ed accogliente , con tutto il necessario , in pieno centro da cui raggiungere a piedi le maggiori attrazioni , ristoranti e supermercati . Casa molto pulita e calda con un delizioso balconcino con vista sul lago , lo ho adorato ( appartamento 20 ) . Mi è piaciuto molto il pavimento del bagno riscaldato . Self check-in che ha funzionato perfettamente , staff gentilissimo e subito pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda . Deposito bagagli . Stazione BSI a pochi minuti a piedi per poter raggiungere l’aeroporto con il Flybus . Fermata per gli autobus e punto di raccolta per le escursioni a pochi metri dall’appartamento . Tantissime prese elettriche . Cambio di asciugamani giornalieri , the e caffè a disposizione . Zona tranquilla in cui godere di un ottimo soggiorno

Nulla . Se proprio devo dire qualcosa manca una presa elettrica in bagno e forse una mensola in più per poter riporre le proprie cose e qualche utensile in più in cucina potrebbe essere utile .

Very warm and cosy in a great location. Easy to walk to town. Clean and warm with enough kitchen facilities to allow us to self cater when needed. Responsive staff.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. W Rejkiawik praktycznie wszędzie są płatne parkingi tu można było skorzystać z P3, w miarę przystępna cena o ile nie zostawia się samochodu na cały dzień.

Walkable to shops, water, food. Very clean. Quiet.

Location was great, close to bus stops and their city centre

I dont like the few stairs because if your luggage is heavy , it's difficult to bring it up, would be better it they could build a ramp on the side. Also, you can hear footsteps on top of your room but didnt matter match to us because we're always out and coming home late

No small table for coffee cups on balcony, Not even an umbrella for protection from the rain, Got wet and cold to see the view, Was not serviced properly, From getting wet on balcony and sat on bed had wet sheets, They did not change our sheets even tho we stripped for to be changed, So 2 nights with wet sheets, Wet trying to get the front hard to use door lock, Tv remote not working correctly and was stuff all channels, very poor Emailed them with these concerns and they could not be bothered to even reply, Very poorly run down place with very poor management, I am a motel manager myself so i have insight to customer requirements.

Perfect spot, room was super warm and comfy - excellent value
