Spacious room, excellent restaurant, kind staff. A peaceful and relaxing place!

Taxi is the only way to move from and to Marrakesh.

The facilities and furniture felt tired and overused, not meeting the expectations associated with a higher star rating. I advise potential guests to scrutinize real photos shared by visitors rather than relying solely on promotional images. Considering the discrepancy between the perceived quality and the actual experience, exploring other options may yield better value for your money.

While the hotel itself was pleasant, we were taken aback by the high prices for everything and the limited, unappealing breakfast options. What truly ruined our stay was the staff's stuck-up attitudes, including the receptionist who made disparaging remarks in Arabic, thinking we couldn't understand (the cleaners were the loveliest). It was also surprising that water was not provided given the high room rate. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling let down, and we have decided not to return as we had intended.

Architecture, layout and gardens. Tranquil nature.

Loud music from some other guests during the day, combined with minor building work and day guests, culminated in a less than tranquil experience lounging in the gardens on some days. Drowning out the sound of the birds tweeting.

Beautiful pool / restaurant area and wonderful garden

beautiful hotel but bad management. very cheap with supplies (no water, towels, little spa services and often not available for staff reasons etc) Dirty sheets upon arrival.. tomatoe sauce from the guests before us..

The staff in the restaurant and pool area were kind / polite / attentive. Number 6 room was lovely. There is so much to look at (decor), such a lovely quiet setting. Really relaxing, plenty of space, garden lovely with birdsong, wide comfortable sun loungers. Food great, good variety of food, (fusion). Loved the sea bass dish, tart tattin, ceaser salad etc. Hammam was fun and great exfoliation.

The advertised activity was not available, yoga and cookery class. Maybe a wider selection of pool side music would enhance the experience, but otherwise everything was perfect

Ein unvergessliches Hotel. Alles nahezu perfekt. Ambiente und das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen.
