Η καθαριότητα στο πρωινό απαράδεκτη.Η υπεύθυνη που καθαρίζει τα τραπέζια του πρωινού αμέσως μετά με τα χέρια γυμνά τοποθετούσε τα κρουασαν στο ταψί.. Η καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο διαρκούσε 5-7 λεπτά..τι προλαβαίνει να καθαρίσει σε αυτό τον χρόνο;

Από την υποδοχή στο κατάλυμα την πρώτη ώρα απαράδεκτη η συμπεριφορά της υπευθύνου στη reception..
