Tired hotel, rooms too hot, shower cabin too small beds worn out.

It was clean and comfortable, friendly staff. A good variety and delicious breakfast. It was close to the port. Maria from the bus station recommended this hotel. A very friendly and helpful lady. Grazie

Good location for the port. Easy check in.

The furniture is very tired. Our room was very small and the bathroom tiny. We had to open the shower door to sit on the loo. Disappointed as we have stayed there many years prior to catching the ferry to Venice .

Nothing

The hotel is extremely far from the city center. Everything feels dark and depressing — even the lobby lights are off most of the time. The rooms are dirty, with hair on the floor and stained sheets. There was no blanket, and it got really cold at night. The smell in the rooms was terrible. We switched three different rooms and none of them were clean or comfortable. We only stayed because we had no other choice.
