Die Lage des Hotels in Mariazell ist hervorragend. Die Bedienung zu den Abendessen, insbesondere der ungarische Kellner Robert ist sehr angagiert. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und das Badezimmer aus sehr guten Materialien.

Die zu reservierenden Parkplätze sind eine Katastrophe. In der ersten Nacht stand das Nachbarfahrzeug so weit in der Mitte, dass ich es beim benutzen der Stellplatzes zu geparkt habe, darauf wurde sich beschwert. Der neue Parkplatz wurde in der dritten Nacht durch ein anderes Fahrzeug benutzt. Die Beleuchtung am Parkplatz ist gleich Null, man läuft im Dunkeln und kann stolpern. Die Sauna war dreckig, und der Poll eindeutig zu kalt. Jede Äußerung zu diesen zuständen wurde zur Kenntnis genommen. mit dem Kommentar, wir geben es weiter.
