"Gute Lage im Zentrum aber......"

.. leider nirgendwo bei der Buchung "ohne Frühstück " zu sehen somit kleine Diskussion am Anreisetag die aber gut gelöst wurde.

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, ausgezeichnete Abendmenüs zur Auswahl der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Mariazeller Land, an der Rezeption findet man immer ein offenes Ohr kleiner Wellnessbereich mit Hallenbad super

"Tolle Lage! Günstiger Preis!"

Sehr ambientreiches Hotel. Schickes Zimmer. Hilfsbereites Team (konnten schon früher einchecken. Tolle Lage um das wunderschöne Mariazell zu erkunden. Erschwinglicher Preis.

"Teuer dafür mit Schimmelbefall"

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis wird hier ad absurdum geführt, so was ist mir in Hong Kong oder NY noch nicht passiert. Die Dusche war von schwarzem Schimmel befallen, die Hotelleitung bedauerte und bot ein kleineres Zimmer an, dafür mit Balkon was bei starkem Schneefall und Minusgraden etwas befremdlich war. Trotz des ungebührlich hohen Preises war kein Frühstück inkludiert, dafür roch das ganze Hotel, schon beim Reinkommen, nach Küche. Aktivhotel Weisser Hirsch - NIE WIEDER!

"Expensive labyrinth"

The hotel is a labyrinth. Our windows opened into an inside corridor with no sound absorption, i.e. we heard anyone walking in the passageway. Wifi is only available in the lobby which is also a bar with smoking permitted. Ugh!

Kein Frühstück inkludiert !! Nur gegen Aufpreis von 15€ pro Person !! Zimmer war alt aber sauber,Brause nur in der Badewanne ohne Vorhang !!

"Gutes Hotel in der Innenstadt"

Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Stadt, mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in der Nachbarschaft. Wenn man allerdings ein Zimmer z.B. im 3. Stock hat und mit dem Auto angereist ist, so ist das Erreichen des Zimmers ein Abenteuer. Man muss nach einem langen Weg mit dem Aufzug in den 2. Stock fahren, dort einen anderen Aufzug nehmen und dann wieder in den 3. Stock fahren. Das war wohl bautechnisch nicht anders zu machen, da wohl ein zweiter Altbau hinzugenommen wurde. Das Hotel selbst wurde aber vorbildlich restauriert.
