O funcionário que nos atendeu no check in foi nota 10! Educadíssimo!

No café sa manhã, as funcionárias fizeram muito, mas muito barulho, jogando os pratos e talheres, no carrinho de arrumação, foi decepcionante e chocou muito. O barulho é ideal, para quem gosta de tomar o café da manhã ao som de pratos e talheres sendo jogados, nunca vimos uma coisa dessas em nenhum outro hotel, ou mesmo nesse, pois já me hospedei outras vezes nesse.Os cobertores eram muito pequenos, mesmo sendo individuais. Dava para fazer uma opção, ou você cobria os pés, ou os braços.

Instalações com defeito (cheiro de esgoto vindo do banheiro no quarto do 12 andar); sem tomadas suficientes; sem secador no quarto em q fiquei Uma funcionária arrogante q mandou eu fazer tarefa de buscar aviso p limpar o quarto, o q é função dos colaboradores do hotel Toalhas velhas

Café da manhã bom, bastante opções. Quarto bom, chuveiro quente.

Elevador muito devagar. TV antiga imagem e som pessimos e sinal também cai muito. Wi-fi não pegava direito no quarto.
