Ok hotel - near terminal!

La chambre était confortable, spacieuse, très bonne literie, mais malheureusement nous avons eu froid, car le radiateur chauffait peu et la fenêtre était mal isolée. Le petit déjeuner était cher par rapport au choix, à la qualité (croissant précuit, œuf cuit industriel) et à la quantité des produits

The room was very small. When we arrived there was no one at the reception and we had to wait several minutes. The car park was a narrow street with almost no place to leave it. It is not a car park. Everything was clean. The bathroom is ridiculous, it does not have a shower, it is a bathtub without a curtain and with a shower that you have to hold in your hand. Impossible to take a proper shower. They promised to give us the tickets for transportation and we never received them.

Unable to communicate with front desk. Front desk personnel spoke Italian only.

Ottimo il servizio di portineria

It was good, but I can't give more than 3 stars because it was not quiet at all during the night. Some people were screaming in the corridor. Also, we came at 9 AM to eat the breakfast, but there was no food anymore. Finally, the shower head was very bad.

It’s near the train station!

It was literally less than 5 mins away from the train station . The bus around Lugano and the funicular to the old town was free . The property was a perfect location . It’s clean and well kept . But small rooms and beds . Which is not a big issue for us . The service is superb . The receptionist came and picked us up at the train station personally .

Hotel viejo. Queda cerca de la estación y si necesitas de taxi por las maletas atencion...para un traslado de 300 metros el conductor de taxi cobró 25 francos.
