Staff were very friendly but thereafter very disappointing. The rooms were basic at best and in much need of renovation. Fortunately we were only there for 1 night.

Very basic hotel. Paid for a double room and was given a basic room. Couldn’t move in it for two people. Complained to front desk and they moved us to the double that we paid for. Make sure you request a balcony if you book or you will not be given one. Very tiny balcony but nice view overlooking the city. Free tickets for the funicular to the main part of town. Was only provided with a single sheet which only covered half the bed. Disappointing and uncomfortable bed and room.

Overall this hotel provides us everything that we needs. The good point is also the property near the train station. The room is clean and tidy, staff is very helpful and friendly.

2 minutes walk from the train station. Free Tickets for the local transportation like the funicular. Very clean room with a large size bathroom

Sehr nahe am Zentrum. Gut gelegen, da Bahn direkt neben Hotel. Aber sehr laut, da Strasse stark befahren und es keine Klimaanlage hat
