Boutique Hotel Corona

The location is great, directly in the centre. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, however rather basic.

Automatically switching on/off light in bathroom - rather not sustainable.

The location could not be better -- right in the center of The Hague.

The room smelled of sewage -- an awful pungent smell. I didn't change ask to change rooms immediately because I thought it would go away ofter the water ran in the bathroom. This must be an ongoing problem with the hotel because as I was checking out, I mentioned it to the front desk staff and before I even completed my sentence, she said, "Oh yes the smell." Why would they give a room out to a guest that they know has oder problems. It coloured my entire view of the hotel which frankly is a bit tired.

Kamer was netjes, ontbijt was OK, ligging was prima. We boeken steeds volgens deze 3 criteria: goed bed, goeie douche, goeie ligging, en dat was allemaal in orde.

We hadden specifiek dit hotel gekozen omdat er ook een restaurant ter plaatse is, maar dat bleek s avonds gesloten. We denken wel dat dit in de prijs verrekend is ? De lift was defect bij aankomst, we moesten 1 verdieping hoger klimmen op een trap, en ik heb problemen met trappen na neuropathie-klachten in de benen en voeten. De afstand tussen de kamerdeur en het bed was amper 30 centimeter, wel onhandig met reiskoffer.
