"Ein Besuch mit Licht und Schatten"

Tolle Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, perfekte öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung, sichere Leih Fahrräder. Eine handgeschriebene Begrüßung macht immer den Unterschied 😊

Die Klimaanlage hat bei Temperaturen über 20 Grad versagt. Wir hatten bei Ankunft 28 Grad im Zimmer (Westlage), nach zwei Stunden immer noch 25 Grad. Es gab ein Verdunkelung, aber die hat nicht viel gegen die Sonne im Westen gebracht😞.An erholsamen Schlaf war leider nicht zu denken. Wir hatten das Hotel zum zweiten Mal wegen der Lage des Charmes gewählt. Nun mussten wir leider eine nicht so schöne Erfahrung machen.

Les coussins L‘emplacement

Tv pas de youtube ni netflix ni internet pour pouvoir regarder quelques chose… On a pris un up grade car la réservation de base était dans une chambre sous sol, qui sentait la cave… La chambre upgrade qu on a pris était soit disant avec vu sur la ville, mais les arbres caches la vu donc pas de vu sur la ville….

Lovely room (superior) with two large windows overlooking the street/square in a brilliant location close to key attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants and tram stops. Extremely helpful staff always available. Plenty of options for breakfast. Very nice breakfast area.

Due to some planned refurbishment the bar was not open and the restaurant only served breakfast. It will be even better when that is complete. Not a problem however as so many bars and restaurants close by. The public areas of the hotel are a touch dowdy, I expect that might be their next improvement. If returning to The Hague we would definitiely stay here again.

Very pleasant and helpful staff at reception and the restaurant. Nice breakfast with plenty available Great location by the Buitenhof, approx 4 stops from the central Station by tram 15&17.

Nothing. Everything was fine.
