Bardzo przyjemy pobyt w hotelu. Właściciele bardzo mili, pomocni. Gdy czekałyśmy przed hotelem na busa na lotnisko, właściciel zainteresował się nami. Zapytał z jaką firmą jedziemy, zadzwonił do nich, żeby się upewnić czy czekamy w domry miejscu. Bardzo miłe zachowanie. Pokoje czyste, codziennie sprzątane. Śniadania dodatkowo płatne, smaczne.

Siamo stati a Corfù 15 gg, l'Arches Benitses è l'hotel che ci è piaciuto di più grazie alla disponibilità dei proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Il posto è centrale, vicino ci sono tanti bei posticini dove mangiare che purtroppo non siamo riusciti a fare tutti..... però abbiamo intenzione di ritornare e forse c'è la faremo....; )

Very good base for exploring the island. Across the street from a small pebble beach. Lots of restaurants and food markets within a couple of minutes walk. Not far to the airport or Corfu Town. Extremely clean, simple but nice rooms. No cups in room but has a kettle. A/C. Very nice large balcony. Parking. Would stay here again. The only real con is that the beds are very hard.

Abbiamo soggiornato mio marito ed io in questa struttura dal 18/07 al 25/07/2018. Quello che colpisce e di cui non siamo più abituati ma che per fortuna qui è un punto di forza è l' estrema cortesia di tutto lo staff . La gentilezza e la disponibilità di Alexandro rendono il tuo soggiorno a Corfù indimenticabili con il suo darti consigli su cosa fare , dove mangiare e il suo contagioso sorriso, una persona sempre presente e sempre disponibile a farti sentire a "casa". La struttura è attigua a una bellissima spiaggia per chi non avesse voglia di movimentarsi troppo e al caratteristico centro cittadino pieno di locali dove si mangia divinamente e negozi ma sempre nel rispetto della tranquillità del villeggiante non essendo troppo caotico. La struttura è oltre a essere ben gestita molto carina con il suo dehor interno attrezzato con divanetti e un bel biliardo. Le camere sono attrezzate con tutto il necessario: wi-fi, condizionatore, frigo bar, asciugacapelli,...la pulizia è giornaliera e accurata. Cosa dire... per noi un bellissimo ricordo e una bellissima permanenza a Corfù dato principalmente da una cosa fondamentale : la dedizione e l'amore che ci mette a gestire la struttura Alexandro e il suo personale. Personale gentile pulizia ottima. Soggiorno sereno

L'hotel, in cui abbiamo soggiornato nel mese di luglio 2018, si trova in prossimità della via principale che attraversa il paesino di Benitses. È molto vicino alla spiaggetta di Benitses costituita di sabbia e sassolini. Gli ombrelloni e lettini della spiaggia sono disponibili a 0 euro: è sufficiente prendere una consumazione al chiosco e sono disponibili per l'intera giornata. Le stanze sono semplici e pulite. Gli asciugamani vengono cambiati ogni 2 giorni. La colazione viene servita dalle 8 alle 11. Alex e Rossella i due gestori sono stati molto gentili. Parlano bene l'italiano. L'hotel ha anche un piccolo parcheggio privato. I bagni sono l'unica cosa da rivedere poiché, sebbene siano perfettamente funzionanti, sono un po' vecchiotti. Nelle aree comuni sono disponibili divanetti e un tavolo da biliardo in uso gratuito agli ospiti dell'hotel. La clientela dell'hotel è molto tranquilla e discreta. La posizione del paesino di Benitses collocato sulla costa est a metà tra nord e sud dell'isola consente di girare con facilità tutta l'isola. Il centro offre ristoranti, negozi e auto/scooter rent.

Stayed here for just one night in a standard room. It was clean and had a nice balcony but our room faced away from the sea and there was some evening noise from the apartments across the alley. They have a nice location in Benitses and are just across the street from the rocky beach. They have a bar but no restaurant at the hotel and do serve a nice buffet for breakfast with many choices of cold items. The staff were not overly friendly but they did help us get a cab to the airport to pick up a delayed bag. It would have been more helpful if they had accepted the bag when the airline tried to deliver it since it cost me 50 euros roundtrip to get to the airport and back. A bit of a frustration.

We stayed here for a 5 night break. On arrival which was quiet late 12.30am was met at reception with Key to the room. Room very basic just beds nothing fancy. There was a fridge in the room but no kettle or cups not even a glass to drink water from but on going down to reception and asking for a kettle was given one which I was very thankful for. We wasn't told that their was a bear by swimming pool that we could use. We bought one drink from the bar which was a small can of lager 2.50 euros there after bought our own 1.20 euros for the same from the supermarket very near to the property. The view from the balcony was very good sea view and from the back lovely views. The beach is pebbles and you couldn't walk in to the sea without wareing water shoes as it is very rocky. There are some lovely bars/restaurants on the beach good food and very reasonable prices.

this is a random choice from booking.com since there are not many options left. Corfu is in peak season in jul and aug. The hotel is in good location. 1hour away from the new port by public bus costs 1.7eur(port shuttle to corfu old town and bus no.6 to benitses arva stop). if you miss the public bus timing, it will take you longer time. The hotel charge 34eur for port pick up oneway. The hotel has a nice outdoor lounge, staff is friendly. There is beach cross the street. 400meters away you will reach benitses town, which is a good walk during night. however the room we got is quite depressing. It is more like a partition on the rooftop(3rd floor) with a very tiny bathroom. Thats not the worst. It is extremely hot and with limited water supply. You should wait for a while to get enough water. Maybe the rooms on the ground and first floor will be better?!

We came 3 families with the kids.The hotel is exactly like in the pictures on the site which we booked(booking).The owner and manager Alexander is a great guy,very genuine and willing always to help.Nothing is impossible for this guy, always helpful and willing to help.Room was big enough for 2 adults and a 9 year old kid,bed was conforttable,linen was clean,as well the room and the bathroom.Every room has a nice balcony where in the morning we drank our coffee and enjoy the sunny morning.Every day the housekeeping lady is coming to clean the room and refresh the toiletries,linen and towels.AC is present and functioning at no additional cost, as well the wireless internet.A good parking is available a little up from the hotel,and the parking lot is under video surveillance,which is great touch.Guest of the hotel have access to a nearby pool where we spend almost every day ,cheap drinks and great snacks served over there.Overall for me this is my second time in Corfu,and as a frecvent tourist and also as a person which works in 5 star establishments in hotel industry for​ the last 18 years I have no other words for Alexander except "Thank you for all ,was a great vacation and we look forward to come back.BRAVO."
