Great location, close to beach, supermarket close by, short walking distance to bars, shops & bus stop. Owner leaves you in peace but there whenever you need anything, nothing too much trouble. Room a bit small & basic but clean. Owner even asks when it’s convenient to bring fresh linen & towels rather than disturbing at inconvenient times. Great value for money.

Hotel Benitses Arches ottima scelta. Nei pressi del centro di Benitses dove sono presenti numerose taverne e negozietti vari. Consigliato.

Gør jer selv den tjeneste ikke at bo på det her hotel! Vi var min veninde og jeg afsted, og vi fortrød med det samme at vi havde valgt dette hotel. Vi kunne ikke få vores penge refunderet, ellers havde vi fundet noget andet lige med det samme. Tjek in gik faktisk helt fint, men da vi kommer op på vores værelse ser vi hvor skod hotellet egentligt var. - Der var ikke noget håndsæbe - Sengene var STEN hårde (nærmest hårdere end at ligge på gulvet), vi havde så ondt i ryggen i slutningen af ugen at vi måtte nødt til at gå til massør. - Bruseren var sat op således at den ikke ramte i badet men udover hele gulvet - Vandet var ofte koldt - Der var så dårlig wifi forbindelse - Rengøringen var så dårlig at der var spindelvæv og støv under min seng. - Der er et skab hvor der hænger et par bøjler, og det er det. Vi kunne ikke pakke ud, for der var ikke noget sted at pakke ud henne. - Dørene og væggene var så tynde at vi blev holdt oppe hele natten at nogle larmende italienere og vækket om morgenen af enten rengøringen eller nogle af de andre gæster. Selvom jeg sov med ørepropper blev jeg vækket både om natten og om morgenen af larm!!!!!! Den eneste gode ting ved dette hotel er beliggenheden. Beliggenheden er super hyggelig, der er strand og restauranter lige rundt om hjørnet. Men hold jer væk! det er billigt, men ikke det værd!

Arches, Relaxed, Chilled out, spotlessly clean, helpful. This hotel is a 2 Star but is punching above its 2 star grading. I have stayed in 3 and 4 Star hotels in Greece that are not as clean as this. Ok, the bathroom is a little small, the beds a touch hard but this is Greece so it's to be expected. Rooms were clean, even under the beds! Free Air Con!! An owner who is not hard selling his bar and just let's you relax and come and go and you please but is extremely helpful if you need to ask anything. It's got a great location too and there is a pool you can use just behind it... All in all a cracking little hotel that I would stay at again if I were to visit the area again. We stayed 5 nights at the end of July.

Arches, relaxed, clean, chilled. This is a 2 Star in Greece and it is punching above its 2 Star grading. The owner leaves you in peace but is always on hand if you need to ask anything. The rooms are spotlessly clean, bathroom a touch small but clean, beds a bit hard but as mentioned it's a 2 Star. I've staying in 3 and 4 Star in Greece and they have not hit the standards The Arches did. We had a very pleasant stay here and if I visit the area again I will have no hesitation in booking again... Location was excellent too...

This Hotel is located in a nice area of Corfu. Many close attractions. The managing team is extremely rude and unfriendly. There is no one at the reception at night till 10:00 am in the morning. If you need anything during that time, you have no one to assist you. The towels are changed every other day and not daily. I booked a double bedroom . I was given only 2 towels. When I complained, the manager asked me for extra money to give me more towels or to send the towels to the paid laundry service of the hotel ! Corfu is an amazing island that i would like to revisit often. I would never stay in that unfriendly hotel though.

Liebe kleine Ortschaft mit sehr freundlichen Leuten und Tavernen

Io e la mia ragazza, abbiamo abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni in questo albergo. Le camere sono comode, belle e pulitissime. Stupendo anche il cortiletto, con le poltrone, dove ci si può fermare per rilassarsi dopo aver girato tutto il giorno. Ma il motivo per cui questo è l’albergo in cui dovreste passare le vostre vacanze, è la gentilezza, simpatia e disponibilità di Alex e Rossella, i due proprietari della struttura. Appena siamo arrivati, ci hanno subito mostrato tutti i posti da andare a visitare...che dico mostrato, ci hanno creato 10 itinerari differenti. Ma come se non bastasse, ogni vota che gli venivano in mente nuovi posti, ci aggiungeva cose da vedere sulla cartina. Gli darei 50 stelle solo per il modo in cui gestiscono la struttura e fanno attenzione al cliente. Altre 20 per le camere perfette per il soggiorno e 30 per la posizione comodissima a due passi dal centro di Benitses! Grazie a la loro, la nostra vacanza è stato un sogno che ci ha permesso di scoprire e vivere veramente a pieno l’isola.

Se non si hanno troppe pretese la struttura è in una buona posizione e il personale è gentile e disponibile, pronto a dare qualsiasi tipo di consiglio. Purtroppo la camera e soprattutto il bagno non sono dei migliori però per il prezzo pagato è più che accettabile.
