Admiral Motor Inn

Another stay here. This place is a go to for us, and why wouldn't it be?. Its so well situated; cafes, restaurants, shops; whatever you need. Don't let the fact that it's on the main road worry you; it's very quiet. There's plenty of room to move and comfort levels are good. The best thing though...Neal. He is a fantastic host and is always keen to ensure that your stay here is as good as it could possibly be. Always good choice.

Great accommodation, clean room, very comfortable beds, fantastic location near all amenities, very tidy surrounds and gardens well kept. Most of all the owner was extremely welcoming and showed us to our room and explained everything to us so there would be no issues. How many people do that these days. We would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in Rosebud or the surrounding areas. We will certainly be staying there again on our next trip down to see family. Mark and Julie Farrell

What a welcoming feel this place has, and Neal (property Manager) was very friendly and informative, and went out of his way to welcome us. It was nice to meet a fellow Kiwi in a place called Rosebud lol. Location was great, close to the beach and local attractions. i.e. we booked in at the Mornington Peninsula hot springs, which was only 14 minutes away. The unit we stayed in was fully equipped and had everything we needed for our stay. Thanks Neal, highly recommend.

Nothing really, it was all good.

The best shower, comfy king size bed, very clean, crockery and cutlery was handy for breakfast. Personalised service by the Manager when we arrived. The room was quiet.

Well located for all the peninsula has to offer, this small, quiet motel is a gem. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable, with cleanliness a top priority. An excellent shower and comfortable beds and chairs. With double brick walls the rooms are extremely quiet, a high priority for me. I always stay at the Admiral Motor Inn when I am visiting the Peninsula. I give it the highest recommendation.

It is true that old fashioned service never goes out of fashion and that is what we received during our stay. The rooms are nice, clean and well appointed. The location is easy to find and gives ready access to the surrounding attractions but I will come back for that service any time.
