☆ Room 1 sink, to use as kitchen & bathroom ☆ 1 way for Vehicles to enter & exit ☆ no room to make a U turn to exit ☆ parking was Angle parking, so had to double park, to put item in & out of Vehicle, where our room door is, lucky no Vehicle was parked near me ☆ Fridge was too small for us, was a small bar fridge ☆ had to put items in Microwave Oven, no Stove or oven ☆ No couch ☆ entry & exit in this place no good, no direct entrance coming from Rosbud, Point Nepean Rd, Google Maps say go around block, coming from Dromana is ok 2nd driveway, you cant turn directly right into here.

Great value for money!!! really good location and most importantly facilities were well kept and clean. The bathroom was really clean which I was very happy about. Room was furnished with everything you needed.

房間非常乾淨整潔，房間也算大，設備齊全有書桌、小餐桌、小單人沙發座椅。老闆熱情接待，因為下大雨，還幫我們致電確認附近餐館是否有營業。旁邊附設洗衣間可以洗衣服。旅館附近往前開車五分鐘的就會有超市、早餐店等店家，非常的方便。如果要去摩寧頓半島溫泉，這裡是很超值的住宿點。

暖氣可能很久沒有顧客使用，打開運轉會有味道。

Liked the comfort of the bed. The shower pressure was perfect. Overall layout of the room was good. I liked the toiletries that were provided.

Would have like a ceiling fan to circulate the air instead of having to turn on the air-conditioning. There was no coffee or herbal tea available.

I had an early morning appointment so decided on Rosebud which is a great coastal town with lots to explore.. Went to a lovely Vietnamese restaurant called Banoi for Dinner it was 5 minutes walk. Best Chicken Pho Ive ever had. Totally going back.to the Admiral. Rooms were spotless manager arranged a room on the lower level for me as I have a disability and it was easier for me. . Thanks to the staff will be back there again sometime soon.

No problems. I enjoyed my stay

Loved everything. The hosts are delightful. The property is very well located, a short stroll to shops and across the road from the beach. Beds were very comfortable and the whole room spotlessly clean. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

A very warm welcome from the owner. Took us to our room and showed us the facilities and how to work tv etc. Great location. Close to beach, walk to shops and hotels
