There are 4 of us who go to the Mornington for a golf trip once a year. This was our 5th time staying at Neal and Tracey's motel. As usual the accommodation was great - clean, nice beds, great shower and good service. Also close to restaurants/cafes - very handy. Looking forward to staying again next year

I travel frequently to Rosebud for business and have done so since early 2025. On each of the occasions, I stay at the Admiral Motor Inn. It is, in my view, the best Motel/Motor Inn in which I've stayed. I've stayed in almost every room and villa and every thing in every room works, the rooms are spotless and prices are quite reasonable. Neal and Tracey are superbly welcoming on arrival, even after many visits. Great old fashioned service. I highly recommend the Admiral.

Excellent book exchange and we also appreciated being able to borrow a DVD. Extremely informative and helpful manager.

The tv had a fairly small screen. Older viewers like a big screen.

From check-in, Neal was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location was perfect stop over for us on the way from Adelaide to Phillip Island Would highly recommend
