Good spacious room.

The location is very convenient which is nearby the airport. Good to stay for one night

The only positives about this place is ,it was warm once we figured out the heat pump, but I needs to be serviced noisy & dusty, beds were comfortable very soft, curtains were semi decent & it contained a fridge , jug , toaster, tea & coffee , balcony was nice fake plants everywhere though. Free wifi

This place needs a complete overhaul, its really really old. Shower is bad , lack of pressure, looks like its been put into a old cupboard, pipe work needs a complete upgrade they cough & splatter everywhere, no plug in bathroom. we asked and booked for a 2 bedroom suit, thank God the people we were supposed to be staying with us pulled out a week before as the second bedroom was locked the whole time, bedrooms are super tight , slept on double bed with a single bed also jammed in that room ., the floor in kitchen squeaky, the freezer in the fridge needs to be defrosted, god knows what jammed in the middle of it and completely frosted over, the shelving needs to be wiped down dusty as , im certainly not hard to please but I would never stay here again , in fact we cut our trip short and came back to dunedin earlier than expected. Saw the owner once for 5 mins to get key , tried to check in at 2pm and had to ring him after 30 mins as there was no one there , they were off site even though it said check in after 2pm . Said room was ready minus pillow cases that were then brought to us around a 20 mins later, Never saw or serviced our room for the 4 days we were there. No fresh towels, in fact I had to ask the people staying below us if they had a spare roll of toilet paper when they left there unit ,so expensive at just over $200 per night for two wished I had of booked elae were unfortunately had no option as christchurch was fully booked out due to supercars

The bed was really comfortable. And the manager and the staff were very kind. And it is good for kids to play around.

Basically, I liked everything.

Very dated. Poor check in process and then we found drugs left in our room. Motel said they would refund our booking but that never happened. Never again. Beware all!!!!!!
