Det var relativt ok og være her. Plasseringen var grei i forhold til byen hvor bussen gikk osv. Men det som dro ned hele opplevelsen var hvordan badet så ut på rommene. For det første så var det ikke bilde av badet på hotellsiden. Det ene bilde av det badet som var avbildet var det badet som var i resepsjonen. Da vi kom å så badet for første gang var vi veldig skuffet. Vi er opptatt av at bad skal ha en viss standar som ikke dette hotellet hadde.. Badene ute ved bassenget var penere enn de vi hadde på rommet.

The hotel is very clean the personal is lovely. The only thing I did not like was the food at Breakthrogh was tasty but little. We had to wait for them to bring more. Was not embarrassing. We had to leave a couple of days to get breakfast outside as there was none left. It would be great if they get my feedback. Otherwise all god with cleaning and changing towels. Every day there was cleaning.
Very bad customer service, worst towels in the world and do not get quads, atvs and scooters from this place. They will send you to the worst people in the island. They are racist and rude.
Staff not friendly, room very old /cheap / not like in pictures / extra charge on arrival/ for few extra hours for room as the flight were late night been asked more than we paid for whole night/location good/ pool ok/ breakfast ok.
The property did not respected my booking and didn’t provided me with any room, even though my booking was confirmed by mail. The property claimed it was an expedia problem and instead of helping with a solution, they put me to contact Expedia. Expedia was NOT helpful. Took 7hrs and about 10 calls so they could talk about relocating me and still they never relocated me. I had to look for a new accomodation on my own late at night. Castro hotel had a terrible costumer service, just as comparable to the Expedia one who was also inhumane. I am still waiting for the relocation..
Cute hotel; clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly/accommodating. Would stay again.

It was an amazing place and staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only reason for less than the full was we arrived very early and had to wait to check in..
