The location is great, the pool is big and clean, we sleep at the new area which is beautiful, the rooms are large and comfort. BUT the service was a DISASTER! The staff control the water temperature in the rooms (every time you want to take a shower you need to ask for hot water). the breakfast is lame and minimalist (if the tomatoes are over you need to ask for refill). We were 3 couples, we order the rooms together and we were separated by the manager at check in. The manager name is ZOEY.
Kvinnan i receptionen inte speciellt trevlig. Svårt att hitta incheckningspersonalen. Frukosten kunde ha varit mer varierande. Endast skivad franska som bröd men det fanns även kaffe, te, flingor lite frukt och lite varma rätter.

Great rooms and poolside area. However a very cold welcome from staff with a rude and abrupt attitude.
3 days before our check in we received email that due to technical difficulties we can not come. We were left with no hotel and end up paying a lot to other hitel since it was last minute. Week after we still did not get a refund or any reply in when they will process the refund.
The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. Located 5 min from the beach and the front line strip is very convenient. We were getting daily service - fixing room, clean sheets and towels. Included breakfast was a plus as well.
This hotel seems quite new and thus is of a reasonable standard. It is a 10 minute walk to the town and beach but this was not an issue for us. The pool area is nice (but the water is cold!) and most people seemed to go off for the day so we had a couple of quite days around the pool.
We loved this hotel. It’s family owned and it’s very apparent that they take pride in it. We got to the hotel really late and were met at the driveway. We were upgraded from our Double Room to a Suite for free. Breakfast was free and was excellent. The suite was beautiful and very clean. I wish we had more than one night there at that location.
