Parking is most convenient at Haagweg Parkeerterrein, Haagweg 4 in Leiden, This parking site is located 900 metres from the City Hotel Nieuw Minerva and offers a free shuttle service to and from the hotel. Reduced parking tickets are available at the Front Desk. When booking 3 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Our Pet Policy: dogs are welcome upon request. There's a maximum of 2 small to medium sized dogs per room and a maximum number rooms available. A surcharge applies. Pitbull dogs and Bullterriers are not allowed. Dogs should never be left alone in the hotel room at any time.

"Geweldig leuk hotel om Leiden te verkennen"

Wat een geweldig hotel dat midden in het centrum ligt. Nog geen 10m en je zit in een gezellige bar of terras. prima kamer en bedden. Echt authentiek ook bij binnenkomst en vriendelijk personeel.

Service, freundlich, gute Lage in der Altstadt und doch ruhig, sauber.

Steile Treppen in höhere Stockwerke nicht für mobilitätseingeschränkte Gäste geeignet oder großem Gepäck (dann ist Personal behilflich). Statt Dusche hier Badewanne (über den Rand zu steigen nicht für jeden geeignet).

"Very Good"

Locatie is heel fijn i. Het centrum op loopafstand van alles.

Het slot van de badkamer was niet goed waardoor een van ons opgesloten kwam te zitten. Het personeel heeft met gereedschap de deur weer open gekregen. Maar wat tegenviel is dat er geen excuses of iets werd aangeboden. Ook niet de dag erna toen ik opmerkte bij het uitchecken dat dit was gebeurd en vervelend was. Alleen dat ze het gingen oplossen. Het is natuurlijk goed dat het is opgelost maar eigenlijk zou dit niet mogen gebeuren. Dus de reactovan het personeel vind ik totaal niet inlevend en servicegericht.

Odamız karanlık bir boşluğa bakıyordu ve çok soğuktu. Girişte , sanki personel için yapılmış sonradan müşteri odasına çevrilmiş gibiydi.

"Good location but expensive for what’s on offer"

Location Staff were friendly

The room we had was large but needed some updating The bathroom in particular large but absolutely no where to put anything Our room wasn’t cleaned nor towels replaced in 3 days( towels were thin and needed replacement) Breakfast was ok but ok only Room v bloody but from outside so not hotels fault
