"Dirty apt."

Good shower. Good bed&pillows. Good location. Quiet place.

Very dark apt/room. Bad lighting. Kitchen with 3 frying pans but...not a single pot!!! Kitchenware were not cleaned. Interesting apt but...need to be scrubbed and cleaned. It's dirty everywhere you are looking at including spider webs all around. They took advantage of the Australian tennis open to hijacked their prices by threefold regular price. 220$ a night is exaggerated, at least if it was cleaned....

Location, pleasant room, friendly staff, stayed here a few times.

The kitchen could do with improving in terms of supply of cooking equipment, the dripping tap I think Is being fixed. Cleaning in places could be better but overall very happy for the budget.
