the room was comftorble, very clean and free wi fi was available and the bathrooms have good facitilies. and it super close to Melbourne Cbd when you need a night out and a place to dine at. staff are friendly and very helpful have stayed a few times and always great service.

The staff at City Centre were friendly and always helpful. The location of this hotel is brilliant, access into the building is safe with login codes, and I navigated my way around Melbourne by tram. For a budget hotel, this hotel is an excellent option. I had a single room and shared bathroom, where the water was always hot and the showers clean. I would stay here again if visiting Melbourne again.

Air conditioning, but I actually didn't need it during my stay.

"No one should spend more than one night there . The place is so outdated it almost shouldn’t even be allowed to operate"

Very good location, easy access to trams

Outdated, and needs a lot of work. The shared bathrooms need deep cleaning and upgrading.

The location is excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable enough. Having a kitchen available is great. The bathroom with multiple showers, sinks and toilet stalls was clean and functional

The individual bathrooms were smelly and mouldy. I assume most people use the individual bathrooms for privacy - hence the smell and mould - but I’d rather risk someone seeing me in a towel than showering in mould
