Location was key factor. Simple and pleasant

Bit tricky getting bike box down the stairs on my own. Toilets and showers seemed a bit grubby at times. Noise from local bars on friday and Saturday nights.

Decided to stay for extra night. Office staff were very helpful in getting me another room for a very good price as it was a busy wkend in Melb and everything was hugely expensive too book. Helpful staff with mother and her pram helping take up and diwn stairs

The stars for the pram was inconvenient but was ok The noise from street Sat night but all was rather quiet by 3am
