Bien situé et très propre. Personnel sympathique et aimable.

I had no towels provided in the room. I did not notice on entry and jumped straight into the shower. I had to dry myself with the bed sheet. I went to the reception asking for a towel as none were provided. They refused saying there were towels on the bed. I looked everywhere. No towels. I showed them pictures as they refused to come to the room to check. They finally gave me a towel to dry myself correctly. I asked if they could change my bed as I had used the bedsheet to dry myself. They said only if I pay them. Which I said no so I had to sleep with just a mattress!! Disgusting behaviour really. Currently there is a huge construction site outside the hotel too so do not expect any peace or sleep.
