The location was good. Room was clean. Staff helpful and responsive.

The bed was small. King size would be much better in this day and age! And it was so hard! Room had a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee and no fridge so was useless…

The location is very good !! Very central

Smell coming from the sink. On one of our days we had to shower with cold water. In my opinion the shower curtain must be removed and replaced by something more hygienic!! lift can be better !!

La ubicación

La relación calidad-precio es muy mala: demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Reservamos 3 habitaciones y una de ellas olía fatal. No pudieron cambiárnosla y tampoco intentaron averiguar el problema; simplemente nos dieron un ambientador para disimular el olor. Además, nos preguntaron si queríamos que limpiaran la habitación, algo que nos sorprendió bastante, y finalmente no la limpiaron. Para rematar, el día de salida cobran 3 € por cada maleta que quieras dejar en consigna. Con lo que cuesta el hotel, me parece querer rascar dinero de cualquier sitio. Sinceramente, no volvería
